Option to be automatically alerted when a payment is pending

is there an option to be automatically alerted when a payment is pending/incomplete? We don't log into our account that much during certain times of the year, so this is easy to miss unless we are of course checking regularly.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The ability to set up the integration to send you a notification email when there’s an incomplete payment is only available on PayPal Standard/Personal payment gateway. You can check this guide on how to set it up.

If you'd like to use a different Payment gateway, let us know which one it is and we'll escalate it to our developers as feature request. Please note though that when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
