    Ever sice you introduced the new Theme Editor, I can no longer design templates to the way I want, it reverts back to a substandard theme. For example I choose NOVA as my theme but then the font becomes italic...

    I am having too many problems and I am now looking at alternatives.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Form Designer is our new tool that makes our users create or edit their forms easily from top to bottom. We've seen reports wherein when an existing form with css or theme installed are having issues in using the Form Designer tool. But don't worry, our designers and developers are working on reported issues about the tool so we can improve our service.

    In the meantime, please tell us how can we help.

    You can also use the Form Revision History if you want to revert back from the changes you made.

    Thank you for your patience.

    The Designer is crap. Why does it keep covering up my background when I select view or visit the form link. Only can see background image at very bottom. I sat here for 2 hours tryn to figure out why this crap feature isn't working properly and its still not working. Give me a good reason why I shouldn't switch to a different form building site...

    @traxxstarr

    I created a separate thread about your issues on the Form Designer. Here's the URL of the new thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/563050. Thank you for understanding.
