I can't find 2 submissions, they seem to be missing

    It tells me I received 6 submissions and I know that for sure because I verify it with a google doc that has to be filled first, but when I try to see the results I find only 4! so 2 are now missing for some reason. Can I please get help on this? thank you

    Hi,

    The missing 2 submissions where not available in the Submission View grid because the were empty submissions. Please take note that you only have 1 input field in your jotform http://www.myjotform.com/form/42353697485568 which was an Upload field.

    The 2 submissions was just submitted without any uploaded file. Since the only data is the upload, and those 2 were blank, they were no longer visible in the submission view.

    I made a test submission without uploading anything, and as expected, I cannot view my empty test submission in the submission view of your jotform

     

     

     

    I suggest you at least add another info or field in the form..or at least make the Upload field a *Required field -- this way the form cannot be submitted without any data or empty.

    Hey, I did as u told me, made the upload a required field so that the form can not be posted till a file is uploaded, so I get a submission and still no file...I don't understand why or how

    I checked into your problem more and the only last submissions that are shown for your form are on 11/4 both of which do have an image uploaded for each of them. 

    You had tested it on this jotform here http://www.myjotform.com/form/42353697485568 in your account correct?

    Unless you had tested it earlier today then deleted them when you saw the empty ones maybe?

    The only thing that I can think of is that if you or someone else accessing your jotform is using an outdated browser then either the upload could have partially failed or javascript is not enabled or working on the browser being used since the requirement field needs that to work properly. To resolve that issue you can add our No Script Widget to help deter that problem.
