Please help after i submit my form it says over quota when in fact im not reaching 100 submissions yet i don't know how to fix this issue can someone please help me what to do thank you so much

I checked your account paulamae and noted that is an Active account and is in good standing.
You can check your account Monthly usage using this link http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage
