I havae had several people who have attempted to fill out a form that we have on our web page. They get a message saying that information is missing even though all parts of the form have been completed, more specifically the Postal/Zip Code

I did check your form and I am unable to replicate the issue.
Do you mean to say that when you select credit card payment then you get the zip code error. Can you please let us know which zip code you are trying to use? I would also suggest you to set your PayPal pro payment question to "Sandbox" mode so that we can test your form with test credit card numbers. Please check the screenshot below:
