What is the maxium submissions for a standard Excel report. Until yesterday I've could download more than 1000 submissions in a report, now it is only 1000. Can you please elaborate?

    Hi,

I did some testing and I was able to download over 4000 submission to an excel report.  Anything over 2000 is done in blocks of 2000 submissions.  When I did 4300 it made 2 sheets of 2000 submissions and one with the rest.  I do not believe this is a recent change.  I also tested one of your forms with a large amount of submissions and had the same result:

If you are still only able to download in blocks of 1000, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.  However as far as I know, there is no way to change the amount per block of downloads.

Thanks for your answer. I know this function is working properly, but I meant the report function (where I can select which details I want in the report). After that it creates a custom link, which my employee uses to download this report without logging in.

    Hi,

I was able to reproduced the mentioned inconsistency in the Excel Report

    (user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report)

Unlike the Submission Download using Excel data, the Excel Report is limited up to 1000 rows/data only.

I have submitted a bug report to our higher team support so that they can check why the Excel Report is now limited up to 1000 data rows only. I remember it not being like this before.

For the meantime, the workaround I can suggest to you is to make use of the Excel Submission Download instead. You can share the submissions to the users so that they can also download it as an Excel file.

    Follow this user guide http://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
