Having an issue with the form at http://www.dietfreeeating.com/.
The subscriber does not receive the 1st email after confirmation. In aweber it says they received the 2nd email but not the first after they confirm. When talking with aweber about the issue the last two times this happened they say it is an issue with jotform ... making it so the follow up messages are starting at the 2nd follow up email instead of the first. The way I fixed the issue last time is I put the 1st and 2nd follow up message as the exact same message and it only delivers the second one. So they still receive the message but we have to rig it in aweber by doing it this way. And sometimes it is confusing to my customer since they will see two of the same message in aweber.

I tested the form and didn't receive a confirmation email.
Are you experiencing this situation in more than one form? You can try removing and creating again the integration to see if it solves.

I think that we do not send the follow up message to AWeber subscribers, and unfortunately, there is no way to change that behavior via integration settings. I have escalated a ticket to our Development Team in order to add a 'Send Welcome Email' option to the AWeber integration settings.
In the meantime, you might consider manually changing the subscriber's message number on AWeber, so this should trigger the first email.
Also, it is possible to set an Autoresponder on the form, and it will be processed by JotForm upon receiving submission.

I have just added a new 'Start at Message' option to our Aweber integration. you can use it to specify which message in your follow up sequence you want to start a new subscriber on when they are added to your list through our Aweber app.
Setting the option to 1 will start the subscriber on the first message in your follow up sequence. Please re-create the integration on your form to take advantage of this new option.
