I received a paypal notification of a payment but not a form submission notification from jotform

Paypal notified me that a customer paid however I didnt  receive the form submission from jotform which includes registration information for a clinic that I am having Nov. 21st. I dont know if there should be a return to the form after paypal or what to do.
