We can do this for you, but we would need to get a confirmation of this first.
Please note that this is permanent and that you will loose your jotform and all of the data associated with it.
If you decide to have it removed we will do this, but if you decide to stay on the free plan you will not be getting charged since there are no charges associated with it. Do let us know what is your preference.
