Our organization uses two different Jotforms and this week neither form is available. We don't seem to be over our submission limit. Can you please fix it?
One form was created in my free account and lives here http://www.uumilwaukee.org/room-reservation-form
The other was created with our paid uumke_ypc account and lives here

Hello,
Upon checking both forms. I found that the first one hosted on: http://www.uumilwaukee.org/room-reservation-form has an expiration date.
If you want to enable it again you need to set a future expiration date or leave this field blank.Same goes for the second form hosted on http://www.uumilwaukee.org/form/are-producer-form:
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Thanks. -

For each form, I've taken off the expiration date and saved the form. But both forms are still unavailable. We tried refreshing the page in our browsers and clearing the cache. Can you see any other problem? Do we have to re-embed the forms now? Hoping not because our web person is out until Monday. Thanks.

The forms were automatically disabled on the Expiration Date. You will also need to re-enable the forms from your My Forms page.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
