Client can't submit Survey

No it is not working still.  When I hit “submit”  it goes to a page that has a box and it says  “enter the message as it’s shown:

And in the box there is a circle that is “thinking” trying to bring something up.  It is a security box so I can type the word that appears.

It does not stop “thinking”

Could please tell us which form is the one that you're having problems with?
I checked this one: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43026313941952 but it worked fine for me.
