I lost the password and been tried to reset many times using my registered email : email@example.com
Is it take more time for hosting webmail than other webmail like yahoo or gmail ?

Upon checking your email address firstname.lastname@example.org, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:Result: email@example.com is IN the bounce list
I am not sure why there is no reason captured. That is the reason why you must not be getting the password reset instruction emails. I have removed your email from the bounce list. You should try to reset your password again and you should he receiving the email.
Do get back to us if you still do not receive the password reset instruction email.
