I signed up for Premium on August 10th (order #60929490). And then I renewed on 9/14 (order #61763702).
But the 1,000 submissions did not reset to 0 for the month. It showed over 950 submissions as of today so I had to upgrade to Professional (order #61915126) in order to avoid having my forms being shut down.
Can I get a breakdown of my submissions? Because I think it didn't reset when I renewed Premium this month. If I upgrade to Professional, shouldn't my Premium subscription payment for this month be refunded?

First off, I'd like to apologize if there's any confusion caused by this issue. Submission counter for all account types reset only on the first day of each month. That means that even if you renewed your premium subscription on the 14th of September, the submission counter remained the same. It will only reset on October 1st.
It is a good decision to upgrade your account to Professional, because it seems that you are getting more than 1000 submissions for each month. Anyway, since you already upgraded to Pro, I have cancelled and refunded the Premium subscription.
Your refund will reflect on your credit card in about a week or two. Let us know if there's anything else you need assistance with. Thank you for your continued patronage!

I do believe our administrators are on the talks about adding more subscription packages in the future. We'll let you know once it is implemented.
