    Estamos recebendo notificações de faturas em aberto, porém, no extrato todas estão pagas.

    Bom dia,

    Atualizamos o nosso plano e alteramos o cartão de credito de pagamento das faturas, porém, não sei por qual motivo, estamos recebendo notificações de faturas em aberto, e no extrato exibido pelo site esta tudo quitado.

    Por gentileza, caso tenha algum valor a ser quitado por nossa parte, nos passar a relação que faremos o pagamento.

    Hi,

    I have fixed the problem in your subscription account. It was previously trying to bill you using the other payment processor Plimus.

    But since you already have subscription payment on Fastspring(other payment processor), I have now cancelled the Plimus billing. So, it should stop sending you email anymore about the failed subscription payment.
