I can't access my account, how can I make a password reset?

    I have an account with the user florenciox@gmail.com  and then I opened another one using info@oportunidad.digital


    After that, I changed the e-mail in the second account to florenciox@gmail.com and now.... I can´t access the second account... (of course).

    I need to reset the mail for the second account to info@oportunidad.digital  and the password for this account too.

    ¿Can you please do it for me?   I need to change the video and the system don´t let me enter the second account.

    Hi Florencio,

    I assume that you're referring to the account named: OportunidadDigital is that correct?
    I see that is also related to your gmail account.

    In order to get a password reset for this account, you need to go to the login page, enter OportunidadDigital as the username and then click on the Forgot Password link.

    You'll receive an email in your gmail account with the instructions to reset your password, once you have access to the mentioned account you can change the associated email address.
