I created a form and requested that the confirmation be sent to two email addresses but it is only coming to the one associated with my account and not other the email address.Another user of the form stated that the could not upload a ad with the extension .docx
Can this be corrected since I have already sent all the emails out to the people. When I tested the form the submittals came to both email addresses.
Lastly, when I reach my limit of free submissions and storage will you notify me or do I have to call you. I may not reach that limit.

Yes, the email notification and autoresponder test emails are only sent to the account email no matter of the emails set in the email notifications/autoresponders.
This is to check if everything is displayed properly and working since usually the person setting up the jotform has access to this email and can quickly check if everything is working properly.
To test if the email is sent to all emails you would need to make a test submission instead (fill out the jotform and submit it).
