What happened to my forms?!!Asked by Rick on November 05, 2014 at 06:44 PM
I'm accessing your site from a different computer/location - yur site says I don't have any forms. I can't find where I log on to the site...what's going on?
I have a form - and I'm currently using it...Confused here
May I know if you have the form URLs with you? Upon checking the email you are using right now, firstname.lastname@example.org, it seems that you have logged in as a guest account, and it seems that you have not save or created a form? I would suggest that you register for an account so that you will be able to maximize the use of our form builder/editor and to avoid problems and confusion.
Please do check your email and see if you have received anything related to the form you created, like the Form URL, we can then moved that form to the registered account, if you have one.
This is the account I’m using.
This is a screen shot from my home system. I’ll double check the URL from my office system and compare.
I am unable to check the screenshot you have shared. I would suggest you to share the screenshot again. The following guide should help you upload image in your forum post: http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033
I did try to trace your account. Can you please click on the following form and see if this is your form: http://www.jotform.us/form/32664297992167
Do get back to us if this is your form and we will share the username so that you can sign in to your account with your password.
We will wait for your response.
