How do I get the form designer to disassociate from my form?

I took a quick look at the beta form designer to see if I could make my form look better but it seems to be running into issues with the "form tabs" widget.  The widget wont center on the form and it looks really bad.

There are two possible solutions to my problem. 

1. Disassociate the form designer from my form and just use the standard jotform template as I had before

OR

2. Get the form tabs widget to be centered on my form.

If the issue is only with centering the tabs, then you can fix it by adding this custom CSS code to your form.

.tabs-list {
margin-left: 35px !important;
}
