I created a Contact Us form for my website. When I click 'Submit', the form uploads to JotForm, but I don't receive an email. When I send the Test notification email via JotForm, I receive it just fine. I have checked my SPAM mailbox and there is nothing there either.
Can you help me?

I tested your form by cloning it and changed the email address upon submission
I received a notification email. Furthermore when checking the mail logs for
the notification alert the result indicated that the email was sent.
Please contact your mail host to trace what hapened to the messages.
