Hi,

Unfortunately we do not have templates specifically for mobiles Most of the time all that you would need to do on a form to have it work perfectly on mobile devices would be to add a Mobile Responsive widget .

This widget works great if you want your form to display properly on a mobile device - that is, all the fields are visible on the mobile screen without any horizontal scrolling.

The widget automatically detects the device where the form is opened, and applies a Custom Style sheet that will make the fields of the form to resize their widths according to the device screen size.

The widget is available on the widget search bar in the form editor.

You do not need to set anything up in it, just place it on your form, Follow this guide on how to add a widget to a form
