A Submission does not show up in Google Drive

    One of the submissions to my form does not show up in my Google Drive.  But when I create a report from JotForm as an Excel Spreadsheet, it shows up there.  So far it is the only submission that does not integrate to Google Drive.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I would suggest you to point out which submission was not copied to google spreadsheet. Do get back to us with the details and we will check if there is any issue with that specific record. You can let us know the ID of that specific submission. Please check the screenshot below:

    No submission was found with the submission ID  number: 290711289452887742 in your jotform "2014 MI Ski & Sports Swap - Online Registration".

    Hope this has been the only one that presented this error, what I would suggest you is to download the submission as PDF and manually add it to Google Drive.
