I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.
Do you mean to say that you are not receiving the complete form data in the submission emails you receive?
Though I was not able to find any account with your email address but It did check your last edited form and it seems the notification email alert is not configured correctly. Please be noted that if you edit your email alert template and then make changes to your form, changes will not reflect in your email template.
The most convenient way to solve this problem is to delete your existing notification email alert and add a new one. When you add a new notification alert, it will always have all the questions of your form. The following guide should help you:
