Have you considered making the code for your support forum publicly available?

    This support / response system is way better than a lot of other offerings out there. I'd love to use something similar in my site - either with all the code on my server or as paid service managed by jotform.

    Thank you for your kind words. :) This support system is pretty much custom written for our needs and I'd doubt if we'd have time/resources to productize it with the current growth of JotForm.

    Put me second in line.  I like the forum, too.  Nice and simple for the user.  Best I've seen.  I want it.
