    Hi Alison,

    You have posted this thread using a guest account. But checking our logs, I found the account: epmForms which belong to the same domain of your current email address. Let us know if this is the correct account so we can email you the link to update your payment details.

    This is correct as long as you have a contact name of Maureen Cooper.

    If this has a member of Maureen Copper the this is the correct account.

    Thank you for confirming that and I can reassure you that it does say Maureen Cooper on the invoice. You can see this for yourself in your most recent Invoice found here which is visible in your account billing tab.

    Is that the correct name or did you need us to change it to something else instead?
