My Form Submissions are not being recorded or responses e-mailed

    Hi,

    My Form has been working properly for a long time. My Submissions have been logged on my Jotform log in and the e-mail response has been sent out.

    My form is used daily by the employees away from head office to report back.

    On the 21st Oct I received a response as usual, then no responses until the 26th Oct, then nothing since.

    The employees are adamant that they have completed the forms daily.

    I have recently submitted test forms, without any problems at all.

    I don't have a clue what the problem could be, can anyone help??

    Hi,

    You currently have your own custom sender email to the settings. Please try changing it to noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com. Then add these email addresses to your safe sender list.

    If you prefer to use your own custom email sender, I would advise adding it by using the SMTP method as explained to these guides:

    We recommend Mandrill if your monthly email volume is greater than 200.
