Upgrade?

    Hi there,

    I've tried to upgrade but the system is not recognising my email address. Given that it's the email address to which you sent the email disabling the form, I don't know what to do.  It's very important that I keep the same form going as we are in the middle of a competition.  HELP!!

    Hi Amanda, 

    May we ask where your form is currently embedded so that I can check the Form ID? I have searched for accounts linked to your email address and have found 3 guest accounts which is only entitled to 20 submissions. You have to at least upgrade to a Free account to enjoy 100 submissions. For $9.95/month, you can also enjoy 1000 submissions/month with our Premium account which you can downgrade anytime you no longer need more submissions.

    Sorry it's taken me a while I was expecting an email response! Confused :-)

    Here's the page we have the form set up on http://interactschools.com/?page_id=415  Happy to do the month;y upgrade, but when I try I seem to be setting up a new account.  Over to you. URGENT THANKS

    Hi Amanda,

    Thank you for your response. I was able to check our member database and see that your account is now upgraedd to a Premium account. Please clear your cache log out and log back in to your JotForm account and check if your account is now upgraded.
