Problem with reply to emails populating my own email

    The system of email notifications is wrong.

     

    The system is inverted.

     

    Your email:

    Respond to the email:

     

    Are reversed, to reply to a message it returns to me.

    Hi,

    I see no problem with your screenshot. You are using custom sender email with "Reply-to Email" pointing to your email field. So whenever you reply to the email notification, the Reply-to Email will be populated on the Reply field.

    Can you give us a screenshot on your email client on how this things work on your end?

    Have you tried recreating your email notification? If not, try it and see if this helps or not.
