Captcha field is not loading

When I enter CAPTCHA in my form,crazy things happen. Specially with the simple captca not the recaptcha.

It seems that the catcha screen is loading all the time.

and the variable fields conditions don't work.

When I initially inspected the page url which you have your jotform embedded on I could see that the captcha is working on my end.

However, if that's not the case then please follow my previous instructions to continue clearing your browser cache as I mentioned in your other thread and that should fix this problem as well.
