iFrame Embed Widget not displaying on website.

Hello,

I am having a frustrating issues with the configurable list in that it does not show in my form when online only when I view it in JotForm.

I have searched this and appears others have had this problem but can't see any being resolved as such.

I have tried every trick in the book to resolve and nothing seems to sort this out.

Does this widget have issues and if so what are they ?

I am increasingly finding this to be the same issue with many other widget, either they don't display or don't pass the information which is increasing my frustration as I had moved to your online services after spending  few hours testing from another provider as I liked the whole package that is offered and at a great price.

I have cleared jotform cache, browser cache and reloaded so many times I have lost count.

I really do not understand why they work within JotForm but once they are within my site they do not work which as you can probably tell is starting to annoy me.

I know this is inset in an IFRAME, but I can assure you it does exactly the same when added to the form also

reason for being in the iframe is I need to send charges to accounts and nothing else that has been filled in the form. 

If I am missing something please tell me and I apologise for this rant email.

Hi Ian,

I was able to replicate the problem in my end. I cloned your form and did it on this settings:

1. Create a primary form, form A.

2. Using iFrame Widget, embed separate form, form B to form A.

3. Embed the form A to your website using form embed code.

iFrame embed widget does not show in the website.

I believe this is because we are trying to communicate behind different servers of iFrame. Website->communicates to embedded form A server->form A communicates to iFrame widget server.

The embed form code does not work. But I have tried embedding the "source code" of the form and it works in my end.

I used the actual source code found in the "Embed Form" options.

This works because we just eliminated one layer of communication to a server from an iFrame.
