My Business facebook page

First I love your page, and what's its done quite easy and simple.  The link I put on my business facebook page. The link is suppose to take customer to  the contact us portion of my page. So they can fill out all the information needed. It's not doing that, I'm not getting a email saying they claimed the offer.
