I have never received an e-mail with an username or password from Plimus. I have paid for the two year subscription but want to cancel it. I only want to cancel the subscription for two year payment, because otherwise my company gets a bill automatically in two years.
I don't want to cancel my biyearly jotform subscription.

From what I understood in your message, you just want to cancel the subscription to avoid getting billed automatically after two years but you want to retain your current subscription status.
Well, that seems to be what you wanted to do so I have cancelled the subscription for you. Your account is scheduled to downgrade to free status on the 15th of September, 2013. You will no longer get billed after that.
