I am not able to submit the forms that i created. last form sumission was a 1 pm today. is there a problem in the system? Please try to fix it soon because i need the form submission urgently. But your screenshot only shows the bottom part of the form. If there's an error, then that means you haven't filled all the required fields to the form. Did you?
My test to your form is working fine. Please take a look at the following screenshot:
As you could see, the thank you message appears and that means the form was successfully submitted.
Please make sure to review the entire form and make sure you have filled all the required fields.
