Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement.
Please take a look at our "jotText" app which should help you send SMS notifications. Please be noted that you may have to buy credit from "Pengu" to send SMS notification from JotForm.
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.

JotText - now called pengu - is not working - have tried to link it it many times to Jotform - with no success.
I know it is NOT your problem - but just for your information.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue. I would like to create a ticket for this issue if needed. Is it okay to further describe to us why did you say that it is not working.
Are you not receiving the notification/auto-responder text or is it an issue on linking your jotform to pengu?
Thank you for your cooperation.

Attached is the screen we get when we click connect BUT NO POP-UP pos up a sthe screen suggests it will! (I'm 100% certain that pop-ups are not blocked) It is chrome that I'm trying - (I did also try to do it in FIREFOX - but we get the same result - no popup)

Thank you for that additional information.
Can you please clear your Browsers Cache and try once again?
If you are still having an issue, please check to see if you have any third-party pop-up blockers enabled. For example, from your virus protection program.
I hope this helps, please inform us if you need additional assistance.
