    Hi,

I am having an intermittent problem when with data transfer linking between a form called "Newspaper Ad Booking Form" and Google Sheets. The issue arrises when a form is submitted some form instances are omitted from the Google Sheet and are visible in the Jotform submission link.

Have you experience anything like this before?

    Many thanks

    Brian

    Hi Brian,

Apologies for the inconveniences that this might have caused you. Right now, upon doing some testing on my end, the Google Spreadsheet seems to work fine. You can do some test submissions to your end to check if the problem persist much more often.

For now, I've cleared your form's cache, you can also do it by following this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache. I would also like to suggest that you remove the integration and re-integrate the Google Spreadsheet.

If after this the problem still exist, let us know and we'll investigate it further.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Have you tried removing the integration and re-integrating the Google Spreadsheet again?

I've cloned your form for testing purposes and did a couple of test submissions. It seems that all the data are being sent and received successfully.

I've checked your account and the spreadsheet that you have, and it seems you hid a lot of columns? Can you try integrating with a new Google Spreadsheet and do some test submissions there? It might be because the columns are hidden that's why submissions are not being received.

Let me know if it worked.

    Thank you.
