    Hi Evan,

    You mean, when someone submits to the form, you want to receive an email? If so, that's possible. All you need to do is to create a form notifier: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.

    However, if you mean to add a mailto link. Unfortunately, it's not possible.

    Hello Evan,

    When the form is submitted, the submission email is sent to you and the data is captured on our server. You can sign in to your JotForm account and go to your form's submission page to see all the submissions you have received in your form. The following guide should help you on how to check your form's submission:  http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions 

    Please be noted that you can integrate your form with google spreadsheet, google drive, dropbox etc as well. This will ensure that a copy of submissions data is sent to the integrated account.
