You mean, when someone submits to the form, you want to receive an email? If so, that's possible. All you need to do is to create a form notifier: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
However, if you mean to add a mailto link. Unfortunately, it's not possible.

You can sign in to your JotForm account and go to your form's submission page to see all the submissions you have received in your form.
