Issues with Captcha when trying to reply a submission

This is seriously making me rethink using the app.

This is the second time a freaking impossible to read captcha blocks responding.

Furthermore, most of the time I get an alert I am on mobile. I can read the submission but I CANT NOT REPLY because the captcha is off-screen on mobile. I can't see what I probably can't read.

Please remove this SUI (stupid user interface).

    Hello,

    We apologize for this inconvenience.
To confirm you're referring to when you reply submissions?

I see that you're mentioning the app, could you please tell us if you're referring to the android or iOS app?

In the meantime, I'll run some tests on my side.

    Thank you.

I didn't know about the app - just installed it (Android) and I like it!

Just to make sure we fully understand you before the app I think you may have been logging into the site with your account to then view submissions and reply to them if that is correct?

It's possible to log into the site as you had been doing and do certain things but it is not ideal or recommended for reasons such as what you were originally seeing where it would be cut off. It is dependent upon the device screensize and might be okay for some but not others such as what you pointed out. The captcha on the other hand is there because you are using a free account as it is intentional to protect against spamming abuse.

That is why we had created then more recently updated the Android and iOS Apps to simplify it all. It is also the reason why we recommend using an email notification setup so that you could sync your email accounts with your mobile device and you can bypass that whole issue to reply as well.

Anyhow though, glad to hear that the App worked out for you and thank you for your feedback.
