Greetings! I submitted this privately, but feel that the public forum might get answers faster - SSL Submissions (Private)

Greetings! I am using the following form: http://www.jotform.us/ebottorf/2014SOFAIUHolidayAwards to collect student entries for an open call for scholarships/and fellowships. I am an employee of a university and have a free subscription currently. I am currently able to manage the upload space limits, but the SSL limit is going to shut down the application. I need to be able to accept entries through Nov. 14. There is no reason why students should be submitting secure forms. Please help - can it be turned off or re-set? The success of this entry method (using Jot form) may actually lead to a subscription if it is successful as other faculty members have noticed how well this has worked so far and want to also use it.

    Thank you in advance -

    Hi,

Please refer to this user guide https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

The SSL submissions is turned-on when you enable the 'Secure Form' of the form embed.

Or if you use the URL with https or secure link.

I checked your account/username ebottorf  and it currently have less than the SSL submission limit. But I did noticed that all of the submissions are SSL submissions.

Share to us the URL of the website if you have embedded your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/42795154493161 also. This way we can further check for potential issue.

Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
