    Hi Visuin,

I would suggest contacting PayPal support to see what is the exact issue. This I believe that this is an error caused by some settings in your PayPal merchant account.

Also if you can give us a link to your jotform in the meantime we could take a look at it to see if there are any issues with its settings.

Also, if you can direct us step-by-step what you are doing to get the error.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

Hi Ben. Thank you for separate topic. Here is my form. I don't know if you can get inside of it.   http://form.jotformeu.com/form/42163451716350

Verification of integration of paypal account inside paypalpro plugin is ok.
I choose paypal pro because I want to make payment primarily trough creditcards.

In my paypal I setup bussiness account: Website paymant standard.

When I try sandbox mode to enter some credentials and make fictional payment I get an Security error. Security header is not valid. I think it also doesn't work in no Sandbox mode.

I will contact paypal tomorrow also.

    Hello,

In order to test the sandbox mode on Paypal, you need to create a testing account since your current credentials will not work.

Please check this guide on how to create sandbox test accounts: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/lifecycle/sb_create-accounts/

Please let us know if you have further questions.
    Thank you.
