Can I pass a variable to the confirmation page

After form submission, I'd like to display the submitted data on my custom confirmation page using a php GET function.

Example.

Jack Sparrow submits his name in my form.

I'd like to direct them to a custom page that says, "Hey Jack Sparrow".

Is there a way to do this in Jotform?
