Since the DOS attack, Auto responder Emails sent to my Time Warner email account are not getting thru. I am able to successfully send to gmail accounts. Are you getting any bounce notifications from Time Warner.

Appears to be s working now. It is taking a while to get thru. Yesterday it wasn't working at all.

It's good to know that things are working fine already.
But to be sure, can you please check your spam folder if your notifications landed there? May we also know if you're checking your email notifications via browser or an email client such as Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Eudora, etc?

I use both a web-browser and an Email client (Thunderbird) to check Email notifications. Back when you were having the problem, I did find the notifications in the Spam folder for the Gmail accounts I use.
However, my personal account is with Time Warner and for the time between mid morning on 9/20 and Mid morning on 9/22, I believe that the Time Warner Servers were blocking Notifications and Autoresponders that were sent from Jotform. I attempted to send several test Emails to my personal Time Warner account and none of them got thru until around 10 AM Eastern Time on 9/22. Regarding the Time Warner Accounts I checked my Email client and the Time Warner Webmail. I also checked the Time Warner Spam folders.
Everything seems to be working now.
