Hi, I have clients trying to place order on the following link:
When they complete everything and hit submit, the error in the screen shot comes up.
Please advise what is causing this. Are my product descriptions too long? If so, which ones?

I have tried submitting your jotform with few and all options selected and it seems to take me to PayPal each time without any errors shown.
Could you please try again and if it continues happening, could you give us the steps that you make to have it recreated?

Before I do that, my clients are trying to pay with MasterCard, not PayPal. If you chose PayPal as the payment option it may not replicate the error. Did you try a MasterCard? If not, can you please?

I do apologize, we are not able to test it with a MasterCard, as this a live transaction, we do not have a valid card to test and as such, it will return the invalid error:
The error you received, is however returned by PayPal. Please see the screenshot below shows the reason for the error message:
As suggested by Ben, please try the attempt the transaction again, as you may have received the message in error.
