I presume that you mean that the button has grayed out? If so, you can still click on it to save the changes, it just means that our automated system did that for you already.
If you can not see it at all, I suggest refreshing your browser and check if it is shown then. If still not, then you might need to clear your browser cache.
In both cases, your changes should be saved as you make them, but to be on the safe side, do let us know if this continues to happen (if the button is completely missing) and we will check what might be causing that.
