All my regular documents synchronise flawlessly through Google drive into my Synology NAS using the Cloud Sync functionality. My Jotform account is integrated into Google drive.
The jotform document and all uploads (forms submitted and enclosures) however are visible and useable in my Google Drive account, but do not synchronise into the NAS.
For completeness: authorisations are placed correctly and the summary spreadsheet of uploaded jotforms does synchronise correctly.
Any idea what causes this error and how this could be resolved?

I do apologize that your Google Drive is not syncing with your Synology NAS.
Since the sync is between your Google Drive and Synology, once your information from JotForm is successfully synced to your Google Drive, there should be no issue for the sync to continue.
I would recommend recreating the sync with your Google Drive from Synology.

Some more research and tests provided the solution.
The synology synchonisation app does not allow ":" in filenames.
The Jotform uploads all have these colon signs in their directory name and filename.
I'll ask Synology why.

Thank you for the update on the issue. Removing the ":" directly from Google Drive, could break your integration with JotForm.
You can however try to recreate your Google Drive integration to remove ":" from the folder names.
