RESPONSE - 09/23/11 - A copy of what happens when we submit the form was in the original picture I included. We get a "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage - Most likely causes: You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. There might be a typing error in the address."We have tried our forms on multiple computers, both pc and mac, in Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 6.0.2. Could it be related to the fact that the submit is trying to go to submit.jotform.com/submit.php but the forms are pulling .net? And please know, this is only 1 of well over 50 forms we are actively. Please respond with any ideas or assistance. We will try anything. We can't even access the form directly via http://www.jotform.com/form/61985535488 ONLY http://www.jotform.net/form/61985535488. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ORIGINAL ISSUE 9/22/11 - We have multiple accounts with Jotform and only a few of them are allowing users to submit AND PROCESS their form. All the other accounts and their respective forms are not submitting. Yes, we have tried .net and yes, we have tried .com in the embed source. Yes, we have tried different browsers and yes, we have cleared out our cache, deleting files, deleted cookies. When you click submit, it tries to process on .com even though you are on .net.We are desperate to get back up and running and need your help PLEASE! We are a city government and use Jotform to keep our city safe. We have been PREMIUM Jotform customers for over 5 years and this has literally stopped us from providing essential basic services for our residents and visitors. We have been patient and hoped this would resolve itself within a few days but we are now on day 6 and still not working. I will be glad to provide you a list of all our jotform ids but for security reasons, I am hesitant to post them in this form. Here is an example of a specific form that is not submitting:http://www.jotform.net/form/61985535488 and here it is live:http://www.glendaleaz.com/events/SpecialEventsOnlinePermitApplication.cfm

    Hello glendaleweb,

    We apologize for your inconvenience.

I just made a submission on your form and it went through successfully.  Can you tell us if you're still experiencing some problems on your end?

I will also submit a ticket to our development team to confirm if there is something wrong somewhere.

    Thank you for your patience.

I was able to submit the form as well. The form does submit fine. Exactly what is the problem you get when you click on submit? Exactly what type and version of browser are you using?

I spoke with our network team - we looked at your code for the search process within your form and there is a reference to jotform.com that needs to be changed to jotform.net. Please provide response and assistance.

    Hello glendaleweb,

If you're still having issues using jotform.net, please change back your code to jotform.com.  This URL should be working properly now.

    Thanks,

    Liyam
