Turn off error checking until submit button clicked?

Asked by kimskim on August 01, 2010 at 04:27 PM

Is it possible to turn off the field-level error checking until the user clicks the submit button?  The bright pink/red error box shows up as soon as a user clicks away from a required field without entering anything, even though they are not finished filling in the form (just hopping around the fields, either by accident or on purpose).

I'd also prefer something a little more subtle/less scary for the error boxes.

Currently, there is no way to do that. But I added your request to our request list. I agree with you about the error messages. We will make them nicer. It is in our todo list. Thanks.
