Email Notifier had stopped from working

    Good afternoon,

     

    I have stopped getting email notifications of new forms recently and I have no idea why?  I didn't change anything and it was working seamlessly for a while first.

    I've checked my spam and had gmail search my emails, no luck so they aren't getting to me.  Any ideas?

    Hi Nicole,

    This is probably because you left the Sender Name section empty:

    The system didn't detect this at first, that's why you receive all the emails correctly. But the sender details are very important so you should make sure to add it there. I have fixed this for you. Would you mind testing it again? Please get back to us for the results. 

    Lastly, try to add noreply@jotform.com to your contact list and/or safe sender list. This should help as well.
