Keep getting logged out of JotForm

I'm not sure why this is happening. I login to Jotform and begin working on one of my forms. When I want to switch to another form and click on My Forms (or indeed often any of the buttons at the top), JotForm logs me out. It takes me to the Jotform homepage with the Login button at the upper righthand corner. It seems every time I want to work on a new form, it logs me out. This never happened previously and it's been going on for a month or so now. Can you fix the problem or explain what is going on? Thanks!

P.S. I am using MacOS 10.10 and the current version of the Safari browser, but I believe I was having this problem before I upgraded. I also have been clicking on the "Remember Me?" checkbox, but that doesn't seem to be working either. Help!

One other note - if I am in a form for a short bit and go to My Forms, it seems to work, but if I am working on the form for a little while, I experience this problem.

    Hi,

You should stay logged in for a very long time, but that would also depend on your cookies handling by the browser itself.

What I would suggest is to clear your browser cache, just to make sure that there are no issues with it: 15 Ways to Clear Your Browser's Cache - wikiHow

Now after this, I would also suggest checking your cookies settings in your browser to see if they are limited to certain amount of time - this could also be changed by some plugin/addon that you might have installed.

Now this is often used in corporations and companies where the IT department limits certain things in order to protect the system by requiring authentication.

Now if you are not working from such environment, you did not change cookie settings nor have any addons that do so I would also check if the same happens in some other browsers such as FireFox.

Please update us however if this happens again together with the steps above that you have tried and we will see what could be the cause.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi, Ben,

Thanks for the quick and detailed answer. It seems the problem is with the Safari browser (I'm using version 7.1). When I tried using Firefox, I stayed logged in throughout, so that worked as usual. I tried clearing the browser cache in Safari, but it didn't fix the problem. As far as I'm aware, I have no time limits on my cookies settings. Other thoughts?

    Hi Jim,

It seems that there are cases where Mac OS users who update to Mavericks and using Safari are having problems with website that requires logging in and staying there.

You can visit this website that also seems to have the same case with yours, although I understand that you already cleared your cache, can you try the steps mentioned on this one, Safari will not stay logged into Facebook/Pinterest/Fitocracy/etc. after Mavericks upgrade. How to fix.

Let us know if that works.

    Thank you.
