    Hi,

Sorry but I am having a little difficulty understanding some of your steps.

What exactly do you mean with "Insert to android"? Do you mean open your form on these devices (Samsung Note 10.1” and Samsung S5)? Would you be so kind to provide a screenshot?

About your issue no. 3, is it related with the 1st and 2nd? Would you mind elaborating this part?

Thanks for your cooperation, we greatly appreciate it.

    We'll await your reply.

    Regards!

    Hi Sai,

Thank you for verifying the issue that you are experiencing. I tested the direct link to your form: http://www.jotform.us/form/43127554576157 on an emulated Samsung S5 and was unable to replicate the scrolling issue that you are experiencing.

Can you provide us with the link to your webpage where your form is embedded so that we can test that page to better assist you?

We await you response. Thank You.

    Hi,

First to let you know about the last response we got from you. Since we can only provide assistance to one question per thread to avoid confusion and provide proper assistance on every issue I have moved it to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/457722

We will be replying to you there shortly as well.

Now in regards to the issue on this thread.

I am writing android apps, using a tool to write it called MobiOne…….
    1. Cut & Paste SOURCE CODE from (http://......../43127554576157)

    Thank you for explaining this.

Based on this I believe that the issue is with the conflict of another code with the source code version of it.

Now you should be able to embed the jotform using iFrame method as well, which would allow you to:

    1. load the form from the website (direct link)
    2. make changes to jotform without a need to update apk files each time
    3. users would always get the latest version of your jotform even if they do not update to latest version of the app.

You can see here how to get the iFrame embed widget: How to get the jotform iFrame Code

Do let us know how it goes.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
