I need to make a form where on my home page I have three boxes (name, email, telephone) and then a next button which then takes you onto the next page of my website and continues with the same form with more questions on it. How can I do this?

    Thanks, Scott

    Hi,

Use Custom URL as the form's thank you page so whenever the first form is submitted, it will redirect to another page with a form embedded in it.

    Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission

If you have further questions or if you need further assistance with this, let us know here.

    Regards!

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to me. This will then be two seperate forms? Can I not do this with just one form?

    Thanks ?

    You are welcome.

Using the above method as mentioned by my colleague would just redirect to another link of your choice with the use of conditional logic on your form.

Now if you mean want to skip to different pages then you can do that with conditional logic and a pagebreak field.

Additionally No, this will not split your jotform into two separate jotforms. If you want to do that then you need to apply our embed widget and add additional jotforms to your main jotform.
