    Create pdf form has issues with quick tools

    Asked by amhomelife on November 10, 2014 at 11:10 AM

    HI,

    Thanks Ben, for your help with the CSS code.  It appears that the quick tools items like phone number and birthdate, don't populate correctly in the pdf generated form.

    Hi amhomelife,

    On behalf of my colleague, you are most welcome.

    After reviewing your screenshot, your date field has been generated exactly how it is shown on the online form:

    The screenshot above shows how the same field is shown on the online form.

    Can you confirm, how it is that you would like the field to appear on the PDF form?

    Thank you.

    I apologize, I don't think I stated my question clearly enough.  If you look at the date field (and also on telephone field), the hyphen (shown below) is above the month and day instead of between the "input fields".  Example: the date field should appear as 312-312-312  (month-day-year) but the hypens are above the Month & Day in the sublabel area.

    312 312 312

    -      -     Year

    Month Day

    Thank you for fixing this on your Quick Tool Field Labels.

    Hi amhomelife,

    I do apologize, thank you for providing more information regarding the issue.

    Please Inject the follow CSS code into your form to resolve the issue with the phone and date separators:

    .phone-separate

    {

    top: 0px;

    left: 0px;

    position: relative !important;

    }

    .date-separate

    {

    top: 0px;

    left: 0px;

    position: relative !important;

    }

    I hope this helps! Please inform us if you need additional assistance.
